Each season, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration LAN manager Carl Karlburg and his wife host players for the Bowie, Md., AA team. Here with Sendy Rleal (35), Denny Bautista (34) and Daniel Cabrera (40), who has since moved up to the Baltimore Orioles. Karlburg says, 'They use our kitchen and laundry, and we get some insight into the inner workings of baseball.'
