Music marches with IT'I'Melvin C. Eley Jr., director of Government Printing Office plans, policies and program support, has played woodwinds all his life. 'I played tuba for the Washington Redskins' band in the 1970s,' Eley says. He now plays at the Ark of Safety Christian Church in Fort Washington, Md., along with his son, a flautist and Lockheed Martin Corp. associate software engineer.
