COMPLETE LIST: 2008 GCN Rising Stars

Assigned to the Budget Appendix Text project, which involved automating the process of collecting and editing data printed in OMB's Budget Appendix, he tested application software, developed documentation and training materials, validated documents to be published and loaded into the database, and furnished technical support to OMB and users outside OMB. Now in full production, the automated system has improved efficiency, reduced errors and boosted the effectiveness of budget professionals across the government. Dan Chandler, OMB program manager, said Keeneth's work directly contributed to its successful transition from pilot to production. Keeneth is now the technical lead for OMB's MAX Federal Community Web site, where government officials collaborate on budget matters.
