The respective bosses of the Federal Technology Service and the Federal Supply Service talked about the organizations' pending merger during a session at the FSI 20th Annual Federal Outlook Conference held on April 12 in McLean, Va. FTS acting commissioner Barbara Shelton, left, and FSS commissioner Donna Bennett joined a lineup of other speakers in looking at what lies ahead for IT and procurement in the government.
