For anyone concerned about gasoline prices'and that might be a few people'the Energy Department and the Environmental Protection Agency have a useful Web site: www.fueleconomy.gov. The site provides a range of information, from links to daily gas prices by state and metropolitan area to tips on fuel economy, MPG ratings, and information on hybrid cars and emerging technologies. It won't bring down the price of gas, but, if nothing else, you'll enjoy finding places where a gallon costs more.
