Quick-to-deploy project management remains an area of development. Last month,
Alexsys Corp. of Stoneham, Mass., released
Alexsys Team Pro, an enterprise version of its collaborative task and project management software. Company officials said the software offers workload management by recording tasks in a relational database, along with notes, attachments and records of time spent, allowing them to be prioritized, assigned and completed. It works with Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Oracle 10g and MySQL 5.0. Pricing starts at $295 per user.
