Back in the spring, Tim Young, the Office of Management and Budget's associate administrator for E-Government and IT, and Michele Kelly, a nurse at Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital, married two branches of government when they married each other in Washington. They honeymooned in Spain, then got back to work.
