Presidio fit for unified comms
Cisco Systems has certified advanced information technology integrator Presidio Networked Solutions in Master Unified Communications Specialization, making the company one of the first federal contractors to be recognized, said Rudy Casasola, the company's president.
The certification process was arduous, said Dave Hart, chief technology officer of Presidio. It involved providing five customer references, going through a simulated exercise of solving an in-depth customer problem and adhering to the thorough prescriptions of the IT Infrastructure Library.
