NMCI? Aye, aye.

The numerator

The Navy Marine Corps Intranet seems to be getting better, according to a recent customer satisfaction survey the Navy conducted. The yearly random survey of more than 20,000 users found that more than 84 percent of users found various aspects of the outsourced computing and networking services ' such as the quality of service desk support and e-mail performance ' to be satisfactory, as judged by a 10-point scale. This is a jump from a survey taken in 2002, in which only a little more than half the respondents found it satisfactory. Integrator EDS manages NMCI on behalf of the Navy.
