Answer: It’s the Falkland Islands, where 100 percent of its 2,483 people are connected, according to Internet World Stats. The Falklands are followed by Iceland (93.2 percent), Norway (90.9 percent), Greenland (90.3 percent) and Sweden (89.2 percent).
Among large countries, China and India have the most users, because they have the biggest populations, but relatively low penetration rates, of 36.3 percent and 8.4 percent, respectively. The United States has the third highest number of users and a penetration rate of 78.4 percent, fifth highest among the 20 countries with the most Internet users.
