As part of the Open Government Directive, many agencies are now beginning to reexamine and re-think their collaboration efforts – not only with other agencies, but with the public. The key to successful collaboration and open government is to leverage the knowledge and innovation of internal and external stakeholders, from policy, legal, and technology leaders to open government experts and citizens, through a secure environment.
