HHS gives Pearson EA contract

An $8.8 million contract to support the Health and Human Services Department implement an enterprise architecture plan has been awarded to Pearson Blueprint Technologies Inc.

The company will help the department integrate its enterprise architecture into its planning and decision-making, and establish guidelines, standards and procedures to support these activities.

Based in Arlington, Pearson Blueprint Technologies is a division of Pearson Government Solutions Inc., which bought Blueprint, a privately held company that specializes in architecture-based solutions, in May. The terms of the stock transaction were not disclosed.
