Some people like to look back and see which movies, songs or TV shows were popular in a given year. Here's a peek at some nostalgia-inducing software.

Microsoft Flight Simulator's position at the top of the chart might be a surprise, but it was a popular program and didn't have apps like Google Earth for competition. And it's still around: Flight Simulator X, released last year, is the current version. The list:
