Did the White House give DNC data access?

The president's staff uses the database to generate invitation lists for White House
events and prepare presidential correspondence.

Rep. David McIntosh (R-Ind.) has been investigating White House use of the database
and said system security flaws have fueled concerns about whether the administration used
it as a purely political tool or violated privacy laws.

A recent General Accounting Office report noted that the White House never installed
the system's audit function and that only one of the system's active users had ever
changed a password.
