IGrafx package contains thousands of business graphics

Graphics professionals will find Microsoft Office add-ons galore in the iGrafx System
from Micrografx Inc. of Richardson, Texas.

The $100 iGrafx Share package lets users improve flowcharts and other Office documents
with a choice of 5,000 business graphics.

Users can organize graphics and photographs using more than 40 file filters including
an animated Graphics Interchange Format filter.

Across an enterprise, users can open, print or mark up the files collaboratively with
Share Viewer.

The $200 iGrafx Business package includes Share Viewer and does diagramming, drafting
and image editing on Office documents. It has 3-D and vector graphics capabilities. An
outcome wizard helps users put the graphics they have configured into e-mail or Office
applications or publish them on a Web site.

Other iGrafx products include the $400 iGrafx Professional and the $995 iGrafx Process
diagramming packages, which make process diagrams, model processes and perform
simulations. Process and Professional include iGrafx Designer tools.

IGrafx Development is a software development kit. The company also plans to release
iGrafx EnterpriseCharter for R/3, a diagramming tool for R/3 systems from SAP America Inc.
of Wayne, Pa. EnterpriseCharter supports R/3 3.0, 3.1, 4.0 and 4.5 reference models.

Included with all the bundles is iGrafx Deploy, which lets administrators configure
iGrafx for PCs and servers for an enterprise.

The Air Force, Defense Finance and Accounting Service, National Guard and Postal
Service use Micrografx products.
