Two senior executives at Aspen Systems Corp. of Rockville, Md., have been promoted. Eugene Brannock is now the executive vice president and general manager of the company's information services technology group. Robert L. Molino, a former Defense Logistics Agency executive director, has joined American Management Systems Inc., of Fairfax, Va.
