Navy signs a forms BPA

The Navy last month signed a blanket purchasing agreement for JetForm Inc. electronic forms and workflow software products. The three-year agreement, estimated at $9 million, is open only to Navy buyers.

Government Technology Services Inc. of Chantilly, Va., will sell products from the Ottawa company and provide maintenance services, said Floyd V. Groce, team leader for enterprise solutions at the Navy Chief Information Office.

GTSI will discount the products by 24 percent to 59 percent off the company's schedule contract prices, Groce said.
