APRIL 17—The Office of Management and Budget has revised the regulation that tells agencies how to manage their information technology systems.

OMB last week published revisions to Circular A-130 that incorporate provisions of the IT Management and Reform Act and the Electronic Freedom of Information Act. Also updated were the circular's appendices about IT architectures and security.

The revised Circular A-130 appears on the Web at www.whitehouse.gov/omb/circulars/a130/a130.html.
