GSA awards 21 Millennia Lite contracts for high-end IT, mission-support services

The General Services Administration last month awarded multibillion-dollar contracts for information technology services.

GSA's Federal Technology Service made awards in two of the four areas covered by its Millennia Lite program: high-end services and regional mission-support services.

Yet to be awarded are contracts for IT planning, studies and assessment, legacy systems migration and enterprisewide systems development.

The maximum value of all the Millennia Lite contracts is $20 billion. The winners of the high-end IT services contracts are:

•'American Systems Corp. of Chantilly, Va.

•'Anteon Corp. of Fairfax, Va.

•'AverStar Inc. of Burlington, Mass.

•'Computer Technology Associates Inc. of Bethesda, Md.

•'GRC International Inc. of Vienna, Va.

•'Nichols Research Corp. of Huntsville, Ala.

•'New Technology Management Inc. of Winchester, Va.

•'QSS Group Inc. of Lanham, Md.

•'Sentel Corp. of Alexandria, Va.

•'Sherikon Inc. of Chantilly

•'Systems Technology Associates Inc. of Chantilly.

Among the high-end services available are computer-aided design, independent verification and validation, economic and business case analyses, and statistical analyses.

GSA also awarded 10 contacts for mission-support services.
