Census inks support contract

The Census Bureau has given ITS Services Inc. the job of providing systems support at the bureau's National Processing Center.

The Springfield, Va., company will provide operational, engineering and security support for the local- and wide-area networks under the two-year, $17 million contract.

The new deal is a follow-on contract for ITS. The company has supported Census for the past year under an existing contract, ITS president Angela Mason said.
