Coast Guard gets R&D assist

The Coast Guard has tapped three companies to provide technical support for its R&D Center in Groton, Conn.

Anteon Corp. of Fairfax, Va., Battelle Memorial Institute of Columbus, Ohio, and John J. McMullin Associates of Alexandria, Va., will compete for the support task orders under five-year contracts. Jointly, the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts could be worth $43.8 million.

Services available through the contracts include system performance evaluations, user needs analyses, policy development, strategic planning and metrics development.
