Anteon snags logistics contract
The General Services Administration last month awarded Anteon Corp. a contract under the agency's Logistics Worldwide Schedule.
Under the five-year contract, Anteon will provide logistics support to agencies. The Fairfax, Va., company estimates the schedule contract will be worth about $50 million.
The company also will offer training. Anteon and the Logistics Foundation of America of Atlanta will provide computer-based training, distance-learning courses and course certifications.
Each of the indefinite-quantity contracts awarded under the Logistics Worldwide Schedule has a base period of five years, plus options that could extend services up to 10 years.
