Lockheed gets IT support contract for OSD

JAN. 15'The General Services Administration last week awarded a 10-year contract to Lockheed Martin Integration Services of Owego, N.Y., for information technology services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Lockheed's Systems Solutions unit in Manassas, Va., will provide seat management, network services, application packages and development, information assurance, document management and enterprise e-mail for OSD's Operational Information Technology Environment at the Pentagon, company officials said.

The potential value of the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract is about $400 million.

Lockheed Martin Information Support Services of Seabrook, Md., will provide seat management for OSD's desktop systems and will support the office's related infrastructure.
