One of the hubs for the development of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet is the Norfolk Network Operations Center, one of a half-dozen support centers being built for the $6.9 billion project [GCN, May 21, Page 1]. The NMCI Information Strike Force plans to have the center, at the Navy Fleet Industrial Support Center in Norfolk, Va., fully online by the end of the month.
