SAMHSA site tells how to keep offices drug free

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration has launched a Web site to help agencies and companies keep their workplaces free of drug abuse.
SAMHSA's Center for Substance Abuse Prevention operates the site, at
www.drugfreeworkplace.gov.
The site includes:
A searchable database of all Health and Human Services Department technical drug testing informationAn overview of the Federal Drug-Free Workplace ProgramCSAP's guidance on design, implementation and maintenance of a drug-free workplace programAnswers to frequently asked questions such as 'Can I legally require employees to take a drug test?'Access to CSAP's help line at 800-967-5752 and e-mail at [email protected] for free consultationSpanish language resources.
