Within 24 hours after yesterday's terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon, the FBI set up a Web site at
www.ifccfbi.gov where citizens can report suspected terrorist activity.
Visitors to the site click on a message that says 'Report Terrorist Activity' and fill out an online form with name, address and a description of the suspected terrorist activity. The online form site is secured with Secure Sockets Layer protocol.
The Internet Fraud Complaint Center site at
www.ifccfbi.gov is jointly managed by the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center, a national support network for law enforcement agencies to investigate economic crimes and crimes involving IT.
