Navy supply command awards $53m support contract

Science Applications International Corp. of San Diego will provide technical support services to the Navy under a $53 million contract awarded today.

The Naval Supply Systems Command awarded the five-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed fee Omnibus II contract. SAIC will perform independent analysis and technical studies at NAVSUP in Mechanicsburg, Pa., and its field offices.

Led by SAIC, the contractor team includes Black & White Inc. of Oxon Hill, Md., Cooper Willis Associates Inc. of Alexandria, Va., Gallagher and Gallagher of Stroudsburg, Pa., Kajax Engineering Inc. of Arlington, Va., Martinez Consulting and Computer Services Inc. of Chambersburg, Pa., Maximus Inc. of Reston, Va., Open Minds Inc. of Gettysburg, Pa., Penn State University, and Villa Communications Inc. of Colorado Springs, Colo.
