The IRS has launched an online job application process for criminal investigation special agent positions.
The agency hopes to hire more than 300 people for the positions in fiscal 2002.
Users can find the applications at
www.treas.gov/irs/ci/recruit.
Agents investigate criminal violations of the Internal Revenue Code, including tax fraud, narcotics offenses and organized crime.
