Justice awards $950 million contract for litigation services

ACS Inc. of Dallas, Aspen Systems Corp. of Rockville, Md., CACI International Inc. of Arlington, Va., and Labat-Anderson Inc. of McLean, Va., will supply technical services to Justice offices, including the litigation, antitrust and civil rights divisions. The services provided under the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts support Justice attorneys at every stage of litigation, CACI officials said.

The contract, called Mega 2, took effect Nov. 1.

'We will work with the department to develop and manage a database that will help it in investigation, discovery and trial processes,' said Bill Hamilton, senior vice president at CACI. The company also provided support services to Justice under the Mega 1 contract.
