IT projects take home awards of excellence

Five government projects were honored recently with Excellence.Gov Awards, presented by the Industry Advisory Council, E-Gov and the CIO Council.

The winners were chosen from among 25 finalists, all of which received honors at the event in Washington. The five winning projects and agencies were:

  • Common Access Card, Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence

  • DoD EMALL, Defense Department

  • eArmyU, Army

  • Internet Fraud Complaint Center, FBI

  • Window To My Environment, Environmental Protection Agency.
