IT pros link up for charity

The pros on the links at Westwood Country Club in Vienna, Va., this month'IT pros, that is'aren't going to challenge Tiger Woods or Karrie Webb, but they made their shots count at Women in Technology's Third Annual Golf Tournament.

The tournament raised money for WIT's Girls in Technology Fund, which supports math, science and technology programs in schools, while providing government and industry IT officials the rare chance to get together without having to listen to a keynote speech.

The tournament wasn't limited only to women in technology; Jeff Harter and Todd Corner of Sprint Corp. and Rex Robinson of Fre took part as well.
