Army network center moves to East Coast

A subordinate unit of the recently created Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) is relocating from Fort Huachuca, Ariz., to Fort Belvoir, Va.

The Army Network Operations and Security Center will be located with the Army Intelligence and Security Command. The move will take several months.

The move will let the center interact more easily with the Defense Information Systems Agency, Joint Task Force-Computer Network Operations, 1st Information Operations Command and Army Computer Emergency Response Team, Army officials said.
