Pat Schambach, CIO of the Transportation Security Administration, and Laura Klene repair a floor in a Herndon, Va., townhouse to be rented to a needy family by Reston Interfaith. Schambach organized a youth group at St. John Neuman Church to make repairs one day a month. 'It gives us a chance to work with youth and talk to them about social justice,' he says.
