OPM prepares to expand online learning

The Office of Personnel Management soon will release a request for proposals for online training services for its E-Learning project.

Vendors will be asked to bid on functional areas: learning management system and learning content management system; training courseware; Web collaboration software; integration, Web hosting, customization and implementation services; licensing, credentials and online academic degrees; consulting; change management and staff support.
