Programs address major IT agenda items

Feds addressed some of the tough tasks facing agencies during a couple of recent gatherings.

Victoria Proctor of the House Government Reform Committee and William 'Ben' Ritt of the General Accounting Office take part in a panel discussion on how agencies are graded on security during the Federal Information Systems Management Act Conference and Symposium in Washington. The Potomac Forum Ltd. and ICG Government hosted the conference.
Christopher Simpson, director of the Energy Department's Office of Management Analysis, contributes to a discussion on financial systems modernization at an informational breakfast hosted by the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association's Bethesda, Md., chapter.
