SBA awards $13.6m system modernization deal to SRA

The Small Business Administration has tapped SRA International Inc. to help upgrade its Disaster Credit Management System under a $13.9 million task order.

Through the three-and-a-half-year contract, the Fairfax, Va., company will modernize the system SBA uses to process online loan applications from home and business owners who are disaster victims. SBA wants to speed the turnaround time for the loans.

SRA will help agency workers implement new software, maintain current hardware and software, and support users and other IT operations.

SBA awarded the order through the National Institutes of Health's CIO Solutions Partners 2 Innovations governmentwide acquisition contract. SRA's subcontractors include Absulon Technology Partners Inc. of Reston, Va., Beckett Consulting Inc. of Falls Church, Va., and Supersolutions Corp. of Eden Prairie, Minn.
