A happy fourth for FirstGov

The FirstGov.gov portal marked its fourth anniversary this month with a semiformal affair in the State Department's diplomatic reception room (tuxedoed waiters provided the formal part of the equation). M.J. Jameson, the General Services Administration's associate administrator for citizen services and communications, discussed the next steps for the portal.
