HHS starts A-76 competition

The Health and Human Services Department has begun an A-76 review for IT and help desk support functions for its human resources systems.

The OMB A-76 Circular competition involves 75 federal workers at the program support center serving the Human Resources Services' Enterprise Applications Division. HHS expects to award a five-year contract by Sept. 15 of next year.

The Enterprise Applications Division has staff at two HHS offices, in Rockville and Silver Spring, Md.

HHS posted the notice about the A-76 review on FedBizOpps.
