NIH awards logistics support work to SI International

The National Institutes of Health has awarded two logistics support contracts to SI International Inc. of Reston, Va. The combined task orders are valued at $7.2 million.

SI will provide the Engineering Services Division material management outsourcing at NIH loading docks in the Washington, D.C., area. The task order is worth about $5.5 million over two years, which includes a one-year base period and a one-year option.

SI will also provide logistical support operations and management at NIH warehouses in Maryland. That task order is worth about $1.7 million over one year.
