Defense health information assurance contract awarded to CACI

The Defense Department has awarded a $14 million contract to CACI International Inc. to provide support to the Military Health System Information Assurance Program, the company announced. The contract has one base year and four option years.

Under the task order, CACI of Arlington, Va., will help provide security management, technical services and support for Defense Department certification and accreditation of military health information systems.

CACI will supply information assurance solutions to the Technology Management, Integration and Standards Directorate. The contract was awarded under the Defense Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance Services contract vehicle.
