OPM makes Flom permanent Management Services Division chief

The Office of Personnel Management has tapped Ronald Flom as its associate director for the Management Services Division, a position he held on an interim basis.

OPM director Linda Springer promoted Flom Tuesday.

The division oversees OPM's information services and CIO office; the Center of Contracting, Facilities and Administrative Services; Security and Emergency Actions; and Human Capital Management Services.

Flom, a retired Army colonel, served two years as OPM's deputy associate director for the Center of Contracting, Facilities and Administrative Services and senior procurement executive.
