ZyLAB North America LLC of McLean, Va., has released Service Pack 5 of its ZyIMAGE document imaging and records management software.

New goodies include a workflow capability, a redaction and text-mining tool, stronger multimedia support, 64-bit indexing and integration of e-mail into the content management system. The Army folks at Fort Belvoir, Va., are trying out the workflow function, said Johannes C. Scholtes, ZyLAB's president and CEO
