Tech brief: Gateway's new Profile

Gateway Inc., recently launched a new space-saving PC of its own. The Gateway Profile 6 is the latest in the company's successful all-in-one line and it tackles an issue that normally hinders adoption of sealed systems'serviceability. The Profile 6 has a removable back cover and tool-free access to the drives and expansion slots. It comes with a detachable 17- or 19-inch LCD display and integrated Trusted Platform Module 1.2. You can get it with up to 2GB of RAM, an Intel dual-core processor and integrated IEEE 802.11b/g wireless connectivity. Pricing starts at $1,199.
