Tech brief | TeamQuest meets FIPS

TeamQuest Corp. of Clear Lake, Iowa, has inserted an RSA Security FIPS-140-2 certified encryption module into its TeamQuest 9.3 software.

TeamQuest analyzes performance data for distributed systems. The software aggregates data on CPU usage, number of system calls, types of files called from a server, database usage statistics and other indicators. The FIPS-enhanced version of the software runs on Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Sun Solaris and IBM AIX.
