Tech brief | Lenel get agencies OnGuard

Lenel Systems International last month unveiled OnGuard 2006, the latest version of its integrated physical/logical security suite. The new software includes support for Bioscrypt VeriSoft Access Manager, which means the system can manage access to systems and facilities using a combination of smart cards and fingerprint biometrics. Company officials said OnGuard 2006 also complies with phase three of the Transportation Worker Identification Credential data model format. In addition, OnGuard 2006 handles video watermarking and audio content analysis, and now works with Oracle 10g, among other leading databases.
