The recent GCN IT Leadership Conference in Washington addressed the various aspects of a government manager's job, from long-range visions to the nuts and bolts of day-to-day operations. The event included a full day of panel sessions and speakers'such as Dale Meyerrose, CIO of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and Elizabeth McDaniel of the National Defense University'as well as the ceremony honoring this year's winners of the GCN IT Leadership Awards.
