MORE THAN 200 ATTENDEES got together in McLean. Va., for the Lessons of the Top 100 event sponsored by GCN's sister publication, Washington Technology.

The event honored the 2006 top 100 federal prime contractors amid a full day of keynotes and panel discussions. Rob Burton, acting administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, delivers the morning keynote.
