The Office of Personnel Management added to its Web site a searchable library of leadership programs offered by agencies throughout the government.
The
database, dubbed the Federal Leadership Development Program, contains information on development and training programs hosted by other agencies that are aimed at enhancing an employee's leadership skills.
Programs are added to the site on a regular basis, OPM officials said.
'This site is a one-stop reference for finding programs, which will meet the career development needs of federal employees,' OPM director Linda Springer said in a statement.
