Unhappy callers

According to a study by the CFI Group, callers to PC call centers are not happy. The study shows that almost a quarter of callers hang up without having their issue resolved and nearly three-quarters of callers report having had a bad experience. The Call Center Satisfaction Index measured customer satisfaction with call centers in six industries: banking, retail (specifically catalog), cell phone service, cable and satellite television, insurance and personal computers.
