NCOIC offers tools for system integration

The Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium, a nonprofit industry group formed in 2004, is making available a set of tools to help developers ensure the integration and compatibility of network architectures and applications. NCOIC's mission is 'to define the open standards, processes, methods, models and architectures that will accelerate and ensure secure, reliable interoperability.'
